TapNN provides a QR code generation platform that allows users to create, customize, and manage QR codes. The Service includes:
- Free QR code generation
- QR code customization tools
- Barcode generation
- QR code scanning
- Premium features (for paid subscribers)
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TapNN cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Distribute malware or phishing attempts
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Overload or disrupt the Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hobbl Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
QR codes you create using our Service are yours to use. However, you may not claim ownership of the TapNN platform, brand, or underlying technology.
6. Free and Paid Services
Free Tier
Our free tier provides basic QR code generation with no signup required. Free QR codes are provided "as is" with no guaranteed uptime or support.
Pro Subscription
Paid subscriptions provide additional features including analytics, dynamic QR codes, and priority support. Subscription terms:
- Billed monthly or annually as selected
- Auto-renews unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- No refunds for partial months (30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers)
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TapNN, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hobbl Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
